The Indian Nursing Council has issued a notification clarifying on the fake Notification No-6 dated 5th June, 2023 issued in its name.
The said fake notice is depicted to be on the letterhead of the Indian Nursing Council and under the signature of the Secretary of the Indian Nursing Council. Moreover, the fake notification states that the Bsc. Nursing students and to be designated as Nursing Officers and that they would be equal to MBBS junior doctors.
The Indian Nursing Council now categorically states that Notification No-6 dated 5th June, 2023 is a fake and fabricated document with fake signatures and such notification has never been contemplated not issued by the Council.
The Council has requested all concerned to desist from circulating the fake notification and is contemplating in identifying persons involved in circulating this fake notification and prosecuting them.
