The National Medical Commission (NMC) issued a notice warning the public against a fake letter on the CPS Diploma Course. The NMC’s notice is dated December 19, 2023.
The NMC has observed that a fake letter dated May 29, 2023 is being circulated in its name. This letter has been allegedly issued under the signature of the Under Secretary of Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB).
This fake letter is issued in respect of student under training of CPS Diploma Course. It deals with future training, examination and recognition.
The NMC has categorically stated that the said letter is fake. The PGMEB has not issued any such letter dated May 29, 2023.
