The Dental Council of India (DCI) has published a fresh schedule for Round-3 and the Online Stray Vacancy Round of NEET PG-MDS Counselling 2023. This notification was issued on 29th September, 2023.
It may be recalled that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has issued a notification through letter dated September 21, 2023. The notification states that the qualifying percentile for PG-MDS (Postgraduate Master of Dental Surgery) Courses in the NEET PG-MDS Counselling 2023 has been significantly reduced by 31.807 percentage points across all categories.
Thus as part of the revised guidelines, the MoHFW has also released a fresh schedule for Round-3 and the Online Stray Vacancy Round of NEET PG-MDS Counselling 2023. The updated schedule is as follows:
Round-3 Schedule:
- Fresh Registration, Payment, Choice Filling & Choice Locking: September 22, 2023, to September 25, 2023 (up to 12:00 NOON of September 25, 2023, as per server timing).
- Payment facility will be available till 03:00 PM of September 25, 2023 (as per server timing).
- Choice filling available from 03:00 P.M of September 22, 2023, up to 11:59 PM of September 25, 2023.
- Choice Locking will be available from 04:00 PM up to 11:59 PM of September 25, 2023 (as per server timing).
- Processing of Seat Allotment: September 26, 2023, to September 27, 2023.
- Publication of Result: September 28, 2023.
- Reporting at Allotted College: September 29, 2023, to October 6, 2023 (up to 05:00 PM as per server timing).
Online Stray Vacancy Round Schedule:
- Fresh Registration, Payment, Choice Filling & Choice Locking: October 9, 2023, to October 11, 2023 (up to 12:00 NOON of October 11, 2023, as per server timing).
- Payment facility will be available till 03:00 PM of October 11, 2023 (as per server timing).
- Choice filling available up to 11:59 PM of October 11, 2023.
- Choice Locking will be available from 04:00 PM up to 11:59 PM of October 11, 2023 (as per server timing).
- Processing of Seat Allotment: October 12, 2023, to October 13, 2023.
- Publication of Result: October 14, 2023.
- Reporting at Allotted College: October 15, 2023, to October 20, 2023 (up to 05:00 PM as per server timing).
The MoHFW has directed all participating institutes and colleges to treat all Saturdays and Sundays as working days in view the limited time available for conducting counselling.
