The National Stock Exchange in its circular dated 30th April 2020 has decided to extend the due date of payment for the Annual Listing Fees for FY 21 from 30th April 2020 to 30th June 2020.
Since the exchange has been receiving requests from listed companies for extension in timelines towards payment of Annual Listing Fees and In view of this challenging situation and the resultant operational challenges faced by the companies, the Exchange has decided to extend the due date of payment for the Annual Listing Fees for FY 21 from 30th April 2020 to 30th June 2020.
