NSE has issued a circular dated April 15, 2020 requiring members to submit a quarterly compliance certificate.

The National Stock Exchange vide its circular dated 30th April 2020 has extended the due date for submission of Quarterly Compliance Certificate for the quarter ended March 2020, has been extended till 31st May 2020.

NSE in its earlier circular dated 15th April 2020 requested the members to submit the compliance certificate for the quarter ended March 2020 confirming the status of compliance with requirements relating to “Limit setting at the time of order placement” on or before 30th April 2020.

However due to the situation arising out of COVID-19 pandemic and extended lockdown period, the due date to submit Quarterly Compliance Certificate for the quarter ended March 2020, has been extended till May 31, 2020.

In view of the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic and extended lockdown period, the due date to submit Quarterly Compliance Certificate for the quarter ended March 2020, has been extended till May 31, 2020.
