The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a notice inviting online filling of information relating to admission made in Medical College/Postgraduate Institute for postgraduate medical courses for the academic year 2023- 24. This notice was issued on December 1, 2023.
Following the successful completion of the special stray round conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), and State Counseling Agencies to fill the vacant seats of PG Broad Specialty courses, a wave of new candidates has been admitted to various medical colleges across India.
The present notice informs all Medical Colleges and Institutes in India that the online portal for submitting the details of candidates who have taken admission in PG Broad Specialty courses will be reopened from 4th to 7th December 2023.
All institutions are urged to adhere to this timeframe and promptly fill in the requisite data for the newly admitted candidates. The reopening of the online portal provides a structured platform for the seamless documentation of crucial information related to the recent admissions.
Importantly, the notification underscores that no physical or manual data submissions will be accepted under any circumstances. All concerned institutions are required to utilize the online portal exclusively for this purpose.
