The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has issued a notification inviting online application for renewal of suitability of Nursing Educational Institutions for Academic Year 2024-2025. The notification was issued on January 12, 2024.
The applications can be submitted from January 15, 2024 through INC website.
The status of the applications/ suitability renewal letter will be posted online only and can be accessed by the institution by logging in with the application ID and password. Hence, institutions that have applied for suitability previously shall use that same login ID and password. Institutions applying for the first time will have to create a new ID and password.
Furthermore, the notification also states that all nursing faculty must be enrolled on NRTS. The NUID number of the faculty, obtained through NRTS, must be entered while submitting the renewal application. In the absence of the NUID number, the application number given while submitting the NRTS application shall be entered.
The last date for submitting the application online is March 30, 2024.
