Only models that comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and meet the minimum module efficiency requirements will be eligible for enlistment under ALMM.

Extension of Deadline for Quality Control Compliance in Solar Photovoltaic Inverters
Considering factors such as the availability of test facilities for limited capacities and the need to provide additional time for compliance, the Central Government has decided to extend the implementation of the Quality Control Order (QCO), 2017, for SPV inverters with a capacity exceeding 100 kW (>100 kW). The new deadline for compliance is now December 31, 2024, or until further orders, based on self-certification.
